Our cost will consists of a set fee of $1,500 to $7,000 per month. This agreement is considered a monthly agreement and if terminated will allow a 30 day notice of termination in writing to contractor. Contractor will provide monthly invoices to client for the monthly fee and should be payable within 10 days of notice date.

Client may, with Contractor’s written approval, provide written revisions to the general scope of any Services. Such changes may be for additional services or to modify the manner in which contractor providers the services to client. If any such modification results in additional costs or expense to Contractor, those costs and expenses will be added to the Monthly Fee.
